On October 1, on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, the Intercession of the Theotokos, the Day of Territorial Defense of Ukraine and the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks, a large-scale charity event was held on the territory of the Church of St. Basil the Great in the "Ryasne" district to support AFU - "Under the protection of the Mother of God".
Charity sale and an auction took place during the event. A flag with the signatures of FC "Karpaty Lviv" team, a sleeve from a large-caliber bullet (painted by the children of our Defenders), and a picture of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, (painted by all participants who wanted to) were raffled off.
The collected funds would be used to repair the sanitary room in the military hospital.
The guests observed: the orchestra of the National Guard of Ukraine, LesykSam / LesykSam, the GAR4ICA band, Olga Bagdai, Zlata Titarenko, Levko Durko and Aelita, Nazarii Malinovsky the singer, the adult choir from the temple and demonstration performances by SHKVAL - a sports and patriotic society. And also the charity Cossack Kulish "from Ukrop", the All-Ukrainian children's heroic tournament "Kotyhoroshko" in memory of Yuriy Lukaschuk, a checkers tournament, a mini-fair, workshops on creating wax candles and painting bags and t-shirts, a photo zone and weaving bracelets .
We sincerely thank everyone present and everyone who joined the organization.
