The relevant appeal to the participants of the public Council under the Main Administration of State Land Agency in Lviv region was sent to the Head of Davydswska village Council - Chron Igor Stepanovych.
Representatives of public organization "Community Development" are members of the public Council under the Main Administration of State Land Agency in Lviv region, to which addressed family members of the soldiers of the Anti-terrorist operation with a request to provide land.
Ukrainian legislation provides for a system of privileges for the combatants and persons equated to them, in particular, it concerns the provision of land. In General, the right to free ownership of land as the participants of the Anti-terrorist operation, and other categories of citizens is regulated by part 6 of article 118 and articles 121 and 122 of the Land Code of Ukraine.
In an open letter-appeal the public requests the head of Davydiwska village Council to take all necessary steps to expedite assistance in the provision of land to the military. Main Department of State Land Agency in Lviv region is proposed providing the property for gardening, including land, located near the village of Davydiv. This requires coordination of the village head.
Recall that in the framework of the NGO "Community Development" acts the Center of assistance to the families whose members died in the ATO. Activists of public organizations provide legal, psychological and material assistance to military families and support them. Joint actions of the public, of course, will defend the rights of the families of our defenders.

"With great respect and gratitude we treat participants of the ATO, because they protect Ukraine from external enemy. It is very important for soldiers to receive land parcels and the public should contribute and control this", - said the head of "Assistance to ATO" Oleg Dolinskiy.
