Lawlessness of the Corruption

The owners of Lviv “Trade House"All for You"” say, that one of the inspectors from the tax administration claimed they bribe of $ 650. Having lost confidence in the law enforcement, businessmen decided to go with this challenge to the NGO "Rozvytok Hromady". The activists of the NGO immediately tried to find a response to an incident in Andriy Mahdyaka, the head of the internal security department of the Ministry of income and taxes in the Lviv region. However, an official refuses with the inexplicably reason the public meeting with members of the public organizations. Perhaps this is due to the fact, that Andriy Mahdyak has considerable influence on the Ministry of income and taxes in Lviv region and thus clearly trying to hide egregious violations of Ukrainian legislation. In fact, recently, Mr. Mahdyak worked at the customs, his wife continued to work there and they are unlikely to have remained aloof from notorious smuggling schemes at the border. Paradoxically, today Andriy Mahdyak holds a position, which is required to identify and punish perpetrators among the people, who work at customs and tax collectors. That is why the flowering of the bribery in the Ministry of income and taxes in Lviv region cannot take place without his knowledge. Accordingly, the public demands the report on the work of the Main Directorate of Internal Security of the Ministry of income and taxes in Lviv region on the basis of 2013. Moreover, unofficial sources reported many other "skeletons in the closet" of Andriy Mahdyaka: in particular, the involvement in the  powerful conversion center in Lviv region with an annual turnover of over 1 billion. UAH and receive the "compensation" for appointing new employees to the tax authorities . To find out - true or slander these facts are, the activists of  the NGO "Rozvytok Hromady" offer to check Andriy Mahdyaka on the lie detector in the presence of witnesses. If within a week the official does not respond to this initiative, the public will have every right to demand his resignation.
