Activists helped the residents of Gryada village to defend their rights on land plots
The participants of the NGO “Community Development” (“Rozvytok Hromady”) helped the residents of Gryada village to fight against the tyranny of the local judges, who lobbied for the rights of entrepreneurs.
Last week public organization received a letter from the Chairman of the village Council M. J. Vasilina. The basis for the appeal was the violation of legally protected rights and interests of territorial communities of Gryada village from the limited liability Company "Agricultural enterprise "Gryada ".
In the letter of appeal stated: the company has enlisted the support of state and judicial bodies of Ukraine, with regard to targeted measures concerning recognition of the wrongful and cancellation solutions of Gryada village Council No. 15 dated 25.06.2013, "On the approval of the General plan of Gryada village and Volya Gomuletska of the Zhovkva district, Lviv region". Note that the solution lies in reducing the territory of the sanitary protection zone around owned by LLC "Agricultural enterprise " Gryada " pig farm with 500 to 50 meters and the inclusion of this site within the boundaries of Gryada village.
In turn, the Company "AE " Gryada " through the judiciary - Zhovkva district court of Lviv region - tried to recognize illegal and to cancel the decision of Gryada village Council No. 15 dated 25.06.2013 year in terms of reduction of the sanitary protection zone around owned by LLC "Agricultural enterprise " Gryada " pig farm with 500 to 50 meters and the inclusion of this site within the boundaries of the village Gryada.
So, yesterday, on March 10, in the Lviv administrative court held a hearing on the matter. The hearing was attended by representatives of Gryada village community, including members of ATO, the village head. In the courtroom also came to the head of the NGO “Community Development” Andriy Boliubash who watched the hearing of the case and the legality of the decision by the judges.
In a Ruling was closed the Appeal proceedings concerning the erroneous opening of such case. All this evidences clearly confirms the fact that, the territorial community of Gryada village were right in part to the fact that judges and civil servants, despite lustration and anti-corruption laws, continue with impunity to lobby for private capital. These actions lead to the destruction of ideas of Euromaidan create obstacles to restore confidence in the judicial system.
Therefore, the participants of the NGO “Community Development”, which takes a principled stance “Law and Order”, will prepare the appropriate treatment of these disorders and will send them to the presidential Administration of Ukraine, Ministry of internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's office and to the High qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine.

"Grada village Council adopted a resolution "On approval of the General plan of Gryada village and Volya Gomuletska of the Zhovkva district, Lviv region" in connection with the reservation of 15 plots for the participants of the anti-terrorist operation in the East of Ukraine and 10 plots of land for residents of Gryada village, which take part in anti-terrorist operations in the East of Ukraine," reads in the letter the head of Gryada village Council, M. J. Vasilina.
