Chocolate therapy for the participants of the summer camps

Real chocolate festival was organized by the activists of the NGO "Community Development" for the participants of the summer camps. Children were invited to an interesting tour to Lviv Chocolate Workshop, master-class on making chocolates and have organized many other interesting activities.

Many new impressions and a lot of fun have children on the second day of summer camp, which was organized by activists of the NGO "Community Development" together with the eponymous Charitable Foundation. It all started with the morning meeting of children with activists who held children English class. The campers talked a bit, had a bite and went to meet new adventures. Sweets and drinks, which they treated children, provided the partners Charitable Foundation “Community Development” (“Rozvytok Hromady”), namely PJSC "Concern Khlibprom" and LLC "Sandora".

The first destination of children was Lviv chocolate workshop. During a fascinating tour, they found out when appeared chocolate, how and where our favorite goodies are made, what are the different types of chocolate, and a lot of other interesting information.

Quickly and quietly became lunchtime. This time the children had the opportunity to get acquainted with Oriental cuisine, namely Lebanese, cafe “Beirut Hall”. The owners, Kate and Ali have organized a very warm welcome to the participants of the camp and the activists of the NGO. Delicious meat dishes with vegetables and fragrant spices came to taste all the kids, and for dessert they waited for the tea ceremony with Oriental sweets. These dishes they tasted for the first time, and, as assured, will remember them for a long time.

"To say it was delicious is an understatement! Lebanese cuisine in “Beirut Holl” is great! I really liked everything we ate and the place itself is very cool," shared his impressions Romchyk.

Under the impressions of the morning excursions, the children again went to the chocolate Workshop, but not to buy candy. They decided to apply the knowledge gained during the master class. Financed all the fun at a chocolate Workshop and gave the children a real "chocolate Wonderland" charity man. For that the kids gave him a chocolate gift that they themselves have manufactured.

With hand-made Goodies in their hands, chocolate on their faces and joy in their eyes – kids finished the second day of summer camp. In anticipation of tomorrow they went home.
