Help your neighbour
From Los Angeles to the NGO "Community Development" were donated more than 50 kilograms of clothing for needy citizens
The social project "Help your neighbor" joined the Ukrainian Diaspora from Los Angeles. To the Lviv region, the representatives of the Diaspora gave clothes, stationery and toys for children. A package from the USA took the activists of "Community Development" and undertook to distribute these things to those people who are in need.
This is not the first packet from the representatives of the Ukrainian Diaspora. In the framework of the project "Help your neighbor" activists collected over 200 kilograms of clothing and products for all who need them.
The first shipments of aid have already been sent to participants of ATO, lonely pensioners and people with special needs in the Lviv regional hospital of disabled veterans and repressed, named after J. Lypa, District military hospital ZOK No. 1120, Lviv interregional centre of social-labour, professional and medical rehabilitation of the people with disabilities, and to other people personally.
A new batch of aid is waiting for their owners. We appeal to anyone who has a need for these things, come to the office of the NGO "Community Development" (Shevchenko Street 7), or call 0985174589; calls are accepted from 10:00 to 18:00.
We will remind, that the project "Help your neighbor” was founded in September of this year. Its aim is to provide vulnerable people with food, clothing and medicine.
Everyone can join it. Assistance is received from private entrepreneurs, patrons and other interested people.
