Important: the payment of additional fees for militaries
In times of crisis and during military operations against terrorism additional fees are provided to be paid for specific tasks.
CMU Resolution of 31 January 2015 № 24 provides additional rewards for participants of ATO. Who can receive additional rewards and for what they are – the lawyers of "Community Development" explained.
For whom is this additional compensation paid?
Additional compensation is paid to the crew: regiment, Battalion Task Force; battalion, division and equal to them military units (units); company, battery, squadron, platoon, group and equal to them units, that perform certain tasks.
Additional compensation for successful combat mission
Such fee shall be paid once. Dimensions of extra benefits are:
- The crew - 365 400 UAH.
- The regiment, Battalion Task Force - 243 600 UAH.
- The battalion, division and equal to them military units (units) - 121 800 UAH.
- The company, battery, squadron, platoon, and a group of units equal to them - 60 900 UAH.
Additional compensation for direct participation in hostilities
For participation in hostilities after the announcement of military order military units are paid additional compensation in the amount of 1,000 UAH for each day of such participation. At that payments are made only on days, when the military carry out tasks in the direction of concentrating the main efforts (toward the main shock) when performing military unit combat missions in terms of direct contact (fire mutual contact) with the enemy or performing tasks of missile troops and artillery from fire destruction enemy during combat.
Also further compensation for direct participation in hostilities is paid for the days, when soldiers are involved in
- Conducting operational (military, special) intelligence;
- Counter-intelligence support military forces and law enforcement agencies in the area ATO in terms of direct contact with the enemy and (or) fire mutual contact with him;
- Carrying out flights in the area of engagement (in the area ATO);
- Conduct air.
Payments for successful completion of the tasks
Soldiers can receive additional payments for the successful execution of the task. In this case, the remuneration is paid to unit crew, units equal to them. The payment of additional fees may be an individual in case of self-fulfillment of the task of Destruction (delight):
- Combat aircraft, anti-aircraft missile system - 121 800 UAH;
- Reactive systems of salvo fire - 60 900 UAH;
- Tactical missile complex, military aircraft - 54 810 UAH;
- Tanks, ground artillery, combat helicopters - 48720 UAH;
- Ground artillery, military helicopters, anti-tank missile system - 42 630 UAH;
- Infantry fighting vehicle, armored personnel carriers, armored reconnaissance and patrol vehicle - 42 630 UAH;
- Other aircraft equipped with weapons or surveillance (including unmanned) - 36 540 UAH;
- Man-Portable Air-Defense Systems - 30 450 UAH;
- Military vehicles (auxiliary) ensuring displacement of more than 5 thousand. Tons - 30 450 UAH;
- Military vehicles (auxiliary) ensuring displacement of up to 5 thousand. Tons inclusive - 24 360 UAH;
- Military vehicle (cargo, specialized), compact combat vehicles (Intelligence) supplies, military tractor - 12180 UAH;
When payments of additional fees are made?
The payment of additional fees are made monthly on the basis of the actual specific tasks in the past month.
