Activists of "Community Development"(“Rozvytok Hromady”) inform people about the actions during emergency situations

The members of the organization put up a tent in the Central part of the city and talk to the residents and to tourists how to act in different emergencies.
 
Recently Lviv was shocked by the terrible attacks. These events occurred with the aim of destabilizing the situation in the country, particularly in our city. During the emergency meeting held at the LRSA policemen and the head of the institution urged the public to join law enforcement in the city and help educate residents on how to act in emergency situations. That is why NGO "Community Development" together with the Chief of General Directorate of State Service of Ukraine on Emergency Situations in the Lviv region continue to inform residents and visitors of the city.


 
Social activists spread information tent in the Central part of the city, going to which passers-by had the opportunity with their own eyes to see explosive items in the form of exhibit from the "nadzvychaynyky" and the emergencysuitcase. Also people were given free manual prepared by the the Chief of General Directorate of State Service of Ukraine on Emergency Situations in the Lviv region in cooperation with the NGO "Community Development". In a small booklet were painted the required actions of the population in emergency situations of a military nature. Thus, residents could find out specific information about how to act quickly and effectively in the most critical situations.


 
Information tents will be posted during the week in the Central part of the city – Prospekt Svobody, 49, Prospekt Shevchenka, 7, Ploshcha Halytska, 2, Ploshcha Rynok, 1 from 12:30 to 16:00.
 
Now more than ever, we must be vigilant and support each other. Joint actions will be able to ensure order and security in our hometown, as was during the revolution of Dignity.
 
We will remind,that the NGO "Community Development" in cooperation with the State Service of Ukraine on Emergency Situations in the Lviv region in March-May of 2015 held a series of introductory lectures for schoolchildren of the city. Consequently, children received practical knowledges of safety in emergency situations.
