NGO "Community Development" invites the head of State service of Ukraine on issues of geodesy, cartography and cadastre in the Lviv region to pass check on the lie detector

In connection with the ambiguous answers of Andriy Kavetsky on the issue of the appointment of one of heads of the state structures, which he heads, our activists have offered to pass a polygraph, popularly known as "lie detector". In order to understand, at what point the officer had provided truthful information about Roman Mygal’, official with a stained reputation.

On Wednesday, 26 August 2015 at the premises of the main Department of State service of Ukraine on issues of geodesy, cartography and cadastre in the Lviv region was held a meeting of representatives of NGOs and the families of the participants of ATO, and officials of State service of Ukraine on issues of geodesy, cartography and cadastre. During the meeting the head of Department Andriy Kavetsky admitted to the public that signed the order on appointment of Roman Mygal’ for the position of Deputy Chief of Department of State service of Ukraine on issues of geodesy, cartography and cadastre in Pustomytiv district. Although, on 18 August, during a conversation with activists, he insisted that it had not happened. This behavior of official was pretty outraged by members of the public, and they, in turn, suggested to Andriy Kavetsky to pass check on the lie detector.

Activists of the NGO "Community Development" sent to the chief of the Main Directorate of State service of Ukraine on issues of geodesy, cartography and cadastre in the Lviv region the official offer letter, which invited Andriy Kavetsky on September 4, to pass the test using the polygraph. We hope that the officer will agree to the proposal of members of the public.

About the results of the inspection we are obliged to inform the public additionally.
