Assistance for People With Disabilities
Thanks to "Community Development"(“Rozvytok Hromady”) people with special needs visited the Philharmonic
Recently, activists of NGO accompany people with disabilities to the concert in Lviv Regional Philharmonic.
On Friday, September 4 with a solo program "My native land" in Lviv was held a performance of Ukrainian singer Svitlana Vesna. People with special needs who live in the Lviv regional center of social and labor professional and medical rehabilitation of the people with disabilities, expressed a desire to visit the concert. So, activists of NGO "Community Development" helped them. Two burly guys were accompanied by people in wheelchairs throughout the evening. They helped disabled people in everything –raised and transferred to the truck, organized the concert near the stage and even asked the singer to come down to them from the stage and take a photo.
The administration of the Lviv regional center of social and labor professional and medical rehabilitation of the people with disabilities expressed sincere gratitude to the NGO "Community Development", and especially to activists Nazar Bai and Yuriy Pidkivtsia for the fruitful cooperation, humanity, compassion and understanding of people with special needs.
We will remind that the NGO "Community Development" has helped people with special needs. For women, who moves in wheelchairs activists have implemented the all-Ukrainian social project "Femininity without borders".

"We see that to these people it is very important our support. We help them to integrate into society, visiting wonderful cultural activities, communicating, exchanging thoughts and experiences. We are all different, but all equal", - said the activist of the NGO "Community Development" Nazar Bai.
