The more you give, the more you get
The mentoring program "Senior Brother" for children of the ATO heroes was created to support boys and girls whose father died during the war in the East of Ukraine. Since September 2014, the project gathers a large number of mentors from all over Ukraine who are able and want to spend their free time with hero's child. Leisure time with a younger brother or sister, such people organize themselves: together they do a homework, travel around Ukraine, visit various art centers, go swimming, go to the theater, circus and cinema. The main task is to systematically create a positive atmosphere for child and become a real friend to it.
Activists of the NGO "Community Development" together with the same charity fund did not stay away from this good idea and joined the "Senior Brother" mentoring program. Olena Cherninka visits her younger friend Vitaliy Korenivskyi for almost a year. During these meetings, the boy learns the art of photography and video.
This Sunday, it was decided to attend a master class in the restaurant of healthy food "Smakolyk", where boy learned to how cook cheesecakes and burgers. Moreover, Vitaliy did not forget about his camera. As a result, at the end of the master class there was also a surprise for Olena - an individual photo shoot from Vitaliy Korenivskyi, because nobody canceled a simple rule that the more you give, the more you get.
