First trial lesson on tactics of self-defense for Lviv women

Sports club "Legion Lviv" together with the NGO "Community Development" (“Rozvytok hromady”) are inviting the beautiful half of humanity for a free trial lesson in tactics of self-defense, which will be held in the gym on the territory of SKA (street Kleparivska, 39A) on Saturday, August 1, at 13:00.
 
We will remind,that the three-month course on the tactics of self-defense and the basics of unarmed combat for women includes:

 

• The study of the shock technology and impact protection

 

• Rules of conduct in case of attack or aggression

 

• The main grips and ways of liberation

 

• Counter-action against the attacker

 

• The use of improvised means of protection

 

• Simulation of an attack
