Activists of "Community Development"(“Rozvytok Hromady”) met with border guards

Recently there was a meeting of representatives of NGOs with the staff of the Western Regional Department of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
 
Head of the department "Cooperation with the authorities" Yuriy Tatomyr presented the NGO "Community Development" and discussed possibilities of further cooperation with the Western Regional Department of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
 
Service units are deployed on the territory of five regions (Volynska, Lvivska, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivska, Chernivetska regions) and 24 border regions of Ukraine. Directly to the state border guards 57 divisions of the border guard service. In addition, on the area of responsibility of the Western regional management are deployed Dog Training Center (village Velyki Mosty), Lviv clinical hospital and a Separate Department of technical supervision of constructions. The Western Regional Department is guarding the border of Ukraine with Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Moldova with a total length of state borders with neighbouring States.
 
During the meeting, the activist told about the main directions of the activity of NGO and Charitable Foundation "Community Development", the guards, in turn, shared their interest in working with the public, which should happen in the legal field. At the end of the conversation, the lawyer of the service asked to send the Charter of the NGO "Community Development" to learn more about the activities of the NGO. The activist and the guards did a first step towards future collaboration. The meeting ended with a general photo.
 
Recall, that for the funds raised by the Charitable Foundation "Community Development" were repaired cars for Lviv border guard detachment, who went into the zone of the Antiterrorist operation.
